The main research directions are food nutrition chemistry, natural active substances and function evaluation, fruit and vegetable storage and preservation and deep processing. Currently presides over 20 scientific research projects, including 12 projects above the provincial and ministerial level. Related research results have been published in more than 50 SCI papers in Carbohydrate Polymers, Journal of Functional Foods, Food Research International, Food Chemistry and other journals, and 25 invention patents were applied, of which 14 have been authorized.
