团队研究方向:稻谷加工及贮藏过程中质量控制、天然产物活性及其分子机制
主要研究内容包括:稻谷储藏过程中品质变化规律及其分子机制;谷物源膳食因子的高通量筛选及其活性机制;主要膳食生物活性物质结构与其活性关系。团队近五年承担国家重点研发计划子课题、国家自然科学基金等国家省部级科研项目2项。
